Established in 2013, KWA is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of women in Somalia, particularly in Jubaland-Kismayu. Our mission is rooted in the belief that with the right support, women can overcome challenges, achieve empowerment, and transform their communities.We are committed to protecting human rights, promoting gender equality, and empowering women through education, economic independence, and access to justice. By addressing issues such as gender-based violence, illiteracy, and political underrepresentation, we strive to create a society where women are free from all forms of human rights violations and have equal opportunities to thrive.Through our programs in human rights advocacy, peacebuilding, community security, and livelihood support, we work tirelessly to ensure that women and girls in Kismayu and beyond have the tools and resources they need to build a brighter future.

This Donation seeks financial assistance from Oners to support 100 orphaned and vulnerable children currently under our care in Kismayo, Jubaland. These children, aged 15-18 years (50 boys and 50 girls), have faced extreme hardships, including homelessness, gender-based violence, and neglect.
